I like cream in my coffee, but I don't deserve it. By now, I think I've wasted gallons (plural!) of half and half by forgetting to put it back in the fridge before racing off to catch the bus for work. A crying shame.

Hm, maybe you just need to go raid your local Village Inn or Perkins or something for those little individual uber-pasteurized half-and-half containers so that you really can't waste more than a teaspoon at a time! :)
