Pot O' Gold
For St. Patrick's Day, my work is holding a little bake-off. I hadn't planned on participating, but then I was struck with this idea while I was leaving Target last night. And I've been thinking (giddily) of nothing but little pots o' gold ever since.

This was my favorite one in the room - you should win for sure!!! Very cute. Love it, love it, love it!!

Becky - the rainbows are little toothpick flags. I found a simple rainbow image on Google, skewed it a little bit in Publisher so the ends were skinnier, printed them, cut them out, and folded them in half with a toothpick glued in the middle. Then I stuck them victoriously in my pots.

Update -- I did win! Well, I won in the "presentation" category. Amanda took the honors in the "taste" category with her Irish Car Bomb cake. We each got $20 gift certificates to a local restaurant. woop!
