I love flowers that have enough sense to just do their own thing - like grow and be pretty year after year without so much as a kind word from me. No sissy flowers for my yard, thanks.
If it means I don't have to do any work, then they are my favorite flowers. Plus they are such eager ealy flowers, they give you hope when it snows in April.
I guess that means I like perennials.

Perennials are the BOMB!!!! (And yes, I know the phrase "the bomb" is SOOOO several years ago - LOL)
